All of our marketing and development resources focus on our core area, thermal transfer printing. Our background as an R&D center for thermal transfer printing technology, as well as the industry know-how that we have acquired through many years in the packaging machine industry, provides us with to-the-point specialist technological knowledge and a holistic application framework.

Design Philosophy

We live by a design philosophy founded in 4 core areas that aim at ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Our design philosophy provides us with a blueprint for innovation, creativity and quality:

• We constantly increase the level of standardisation in our products, services, and development and manufacturing processes. The results are remarkable; an optimised product line that fits more applications and packaging machines and offers unmatched ease of use.
  
• All EASYPRINT printers are designed for compatibility with the widest range of packaging machines and software interfaces, including databases.
  
• All EASYPRINT printers must deliver notably reduced Total Cost of Ownership compared to other thermal transfer printers. This includes a patented ribbon-savings system that allows for up to 80% savings on foil consumption and a design that reduces maintenance downtime.
  
• All EASYPRINT development initiatives take point of reference in solving a real customer problem or need.

Quality

With the aim of reducing the risk of errors and improve quality we standardise on supplier and manufacturing processes, including reduction of the number of unique parts and subassemblies in our printers. In addition, we follow a rigid quality control process and we test for failures in both subassemblies and the final product.

EASYPRINT maintains a lean company structure to easily adapt to changing market conditions. The result is speed of response and quick implementation of new strategies. Our network of local distributors, with whom we maintain a close relationship, allows us to be close to the customer with local market knowledge and after sales support.

Industry Knowledge

Our background in the packaging and consultancy business provides us with the expertise that our partners and customers require. We act as a consultant in designing, implementing and supporting the optimal solution. While most service is performed locally we maintain a consultancy role to our partners with application design, on-site testing, root cause analysis, 24/7 phone and on-site support.
