Description

COMMUNICATOR is a high-speed thermal transfer printer designed for increased reliability and optimised manufacturing output. As a continuous printer COMMUNICATOR's adaptable design can with advantage be used on intermittent packaging machines also. With a mechanical design that enables ribbon capacities of 1400 metres the printer offers reduced Total Cost of Ownership compared to any other comparable thermal transfer printer. This considerably reduces any downtime related to ribbon change-overs. A patented ribbon economy system that allows for ribbon savings of up to 80% further reduces operating costs and increases printhead life.
