Thermo Forming Packaging Machines

EASYPRINT is the only company in the world to have developed a high speed thermal transfer printer specially designed to be integrated into a thermo forming packaging machine such as MULTIVAC or TIROMAT.

Thermo forming packaging machines are characterised by the fact that they operate on a stop-start basis and package a number of items at once. EASYPRINT TM printers are designed so that a print head moves across the packaging material and prints on each individual pack. The printer is very easy to install and is fixed between the upper track and the sealing chamber. The upper track is fed through the printer and is not under any stress when printing or when the packaging material is transported through the printer.

Some thermo forming packaging machines work with what is known as Multitool. Quite simply, this means that the packaging machine moves more than one row of packs at a time. For this, EASYPRINT has developed an automatic bracket system to ensure that all packs are printed.
