Bakery
Typically, bakery manufacturers pack the products with both VFFS and HFFS machines. The production places high demands on minimal downtimes and quality. The characteristic of this environment is that the air is very dusty due to flour and similar from the production process.
If you install a thermal transfer printer in a very dusty facility, larger or smaller dust particles will collect on the print head. When the ink ribbon moves past the print head, the dust will function as a kind of sandpaper and abrade the head faster. EASYPRINT accommodates this by offering their customers an Over Pressure Kit which quite simply ensures a high pressure inside the printer – this reduces the possibility of infiltration of the dust markedly and normalises the lifetime of the print head.

Reduced Change-over Time
COMMUNICATOR, which is recommended for the bakery manufacturers, has after several tests proved to be the fastest thermal transfer printer on the market, which can operate 1400 metres of ink ribbon precisely and reliably. These two elements ensure a high production output and the time used changing the ink ribbon is halved in relation to the closest competitors.
Cost Per Print
EASYPRINT has the lowest cost per print which is achieved by using our patented Ribbon Economy. This feature in EASYPRINT typically reduces your cost per print with an average of 40%. This feature combined with the large ink ribbon makes EASYPRINT a very attractive investment for the cost-conscious customer.
Quality
All EASYPRINT models print with 300 dpi and produce a very clear and sharp print that does not fade during transport to the supermarkets. If the packing material is dark, then EASYPRINT delivers a white ink ribbon so the contrast is the best possible.
Real Time Printing
With an EASYRINT you do not need to concentrate on which date, time, production line and similar are printed on the packaging. The printer has a built-in electronic calendar and clock. Furthermore, other variable data can be configured easily and without difficulty. Everything is fully automatic and the user can use his time on other tasks than configuration of the printer.
No Bag Perforation
Thermal Transfer printing does not destroy the packing material which can occur when using, e.g. mechanical hot stamps. The print head forms the contact to the packing material using a light pressure that does not damage or perforate the packing material. If you are in doubt about this, EASYPRINT will always assist in conducting a test.
